1)paint-UV;

2)base material- MDF,particle board or plywood.

MDF:could be E0,E1,E2 grade. Density: 720-750kgs/CBM

3)Aluminium foil between the UV and boards.

Craft: hot pressing the aluminium foil on the double sides of boards,then do UV curtain coating on the aluminium.

( 6 times UV coating: UV bottom coating ,and uv surface coating.)

After these process,quickly dry with ultraviolet light.

1.White melamine or similar color melamine.
